Detention is billed line-by-line at the carrier's actual rate — no mystery driver-wait charges.

LTL pricing lives or dies by freight class. Mis-classified freight is the single biggest source of reweigh-and-reclass surprise invoices. Our LTL desk classes every shipment against the NMFC before the BOL is cut, and we only tender to carriers whose claim ratio on your commodity sits below 1%.

US–Mexico in-bond moves with customs-bonded carriers at Laredo, El Paso, Otay Mesa and Pharr. US–Canada with PARS (inbound) and PAPS (outbound) pre-filed. Intra-EU with CMR documentation and customs transit (T1/T2) as needed. Single shipment ID across every border crossing, with broker hand-offs planned in advance.

Port to inland ramp, or cross-country door-to-door. Works best for non-time-critical cargo on routes where rail transit is under two days of the equivalent truck move. We quote rail vs truck side-by-side, so the trade-off is visible before you commit.

The last leg is where the customer experience is made or broken. We book white-glove final-mile carriers directly against an appointment window, with photo proof of delivery and first-install capability where the product requires it. Quoted at booking, not billed as a surprise accessorial.
